• After this initial meeting, the owner/client can choose to receive a free estimate for Room to Improve, LLC to stage the property or they can choose a consultation. A consultation includes a detailed customized report, which starts as low as $200 depending on this size of the property, that will clearly outline the recommendations we have for both the interior and exterior of the property.
  • Our report may include paint colors, landscaping ideas, a shopping list of needed items and more.
  • Staging an occupied home often includes removing and re-arranging personal items to maximize space and enhance the flow of the house.
• We can also work with you to get any painting, landscaping, lighting, or cleaning job done.
• All pricing is based on square footage, time/labor, and the amount of rental materials that are needed.

OCCUPIED HOMES

• When the owner/client chooses Room to Improve, LLC to stage the property, we will use a combination of the owner's furnishings and a selection from our extensive inventory.
• If the seller chooses to implement the work themselves they can use the customized report as a step-by-step guideline.
  • We may set up a follow up visit to assist in any finishing touches and bring any additional accessories/furnishings as needed.

VACANT HOMES

• Room to Improve, LLC will provide a free estimate for a full or partial staging
• Full Staging: We will select an assortment of furniture and accessories from our large inventory that will highlight the house's key selling features. This usually includes the living room, dining room, master bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms.
• Partial Staging: We will choose a select few pieces for key rooms that will give buyers a sense of what the home will feel like fully furnished. Any amount of staging will help give maximum impact for your property.

When the staging is complete Room to Improve, LLC will photograph and upload your listing with photos onto stagedhomes.com where millions of buyers look for homes every month.
